There are many employees who are not married and they are living in a open relationship and at one stage they get tired of one person and they start looking for other person, so in their workplace whenever any new employer is hired and if they attract them they start hitting on them and try to get more and more interest in them. There are several employers, who get flattered and like the involvement of their seniors or bosses, but there are some who just don’t feel good and they start feeling uncomfortable with the environment.
In high school similar thing happens, whenever any new student takes admission and if he or she is smart of beautiful they start attracting the old and senior students, and then the senior students start taking interest in them. Every person is different in nature, so some students like the involvement and some people just don’t like it and they start feeling embarrassed about the situation.
In a workplace where there is more travel needed, female staff always get in to trouble by sexual harassment, because sometimes this happens that they are asked to travel in a long trip for some business work and with them there’s a majority of male staff, then they automatically feel left out and the male staff feels desperate in loneliness and they just see one opposite gender around so they start flirting with her and start sexually harass the female employer, but the female employer cannot say or tell it to anyone because then they are called a problem women or a sissy, so women feel their insult by being called that so they just tolerate it and keeps ignoring the matter.
