Heatstroke is a severe disease that happens when human body temperature becomes 104 F (40 C) or more than this. Heatstroke can also caused by extreme environmental temperatures and by aggressive  physical activity or by other factors that play a role in increasing body temperature. The victim needs instantaneous treatment to beat brain damage, organ failure or death.

Carotid endarterectomy
carotid endarterectomy is a surgical procedure which is mostly done when the carotid artery in the neck is restricted obstruct by a fatty mass known as plaque. This procedure can abolish the acquired plaque.

Anticoagulants
This drug contain aspirin, ticlopidine, clopidogrel.This drug is used to prevent another blood clot from forming.In this treatment doctor also advice a pain killer if  victim has sever headache.

Beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers
These drugs are used to manage high blood pressure.

Cholesterol-Lowering Medicines
Cholesterol-Lowering Medicines are also known as Statins. Statins escort to obstruct the enzyme which forces body to make less cholesterol. When cholesterol production is decline it signals liver to produce more LDL receptors. These receptors appeal to the LDL particles in the blood and decrease the quantity of LDL cholesterol in blood. Lower LDL levels can cause lower triglyceride levels and higher HDL levels.

Carotid artery angioplasty
Carotid artery angioplasty is a treatment during which intervention cardiologists or vascular surgeons clear the clogged arteries in the neck region to prevent or cure stroke. They usually work with a long, thin tube known as catheter that contains a balloon on its tip. 

They inflate the balloon at the obstruct site in the carotid artery to flatten or compress the plaque across the artery wall. Carotid angioplasty is mostly  combined with the installation of a small, metal, mesh-like device commonly known as a stent.
