Sexual Harassment in Corporate Environment

In terms of business and jobs the environment that is termed in workplaces is corporate environment. It’s everywhere in the word and it is the environment that is most popular and that runs in a wide range. Every place in the whole world this environment is found and its is preferred to be the environment in which a person goes and work with a fine and relaxed state of mind and where ever they find any hurdles in their way they get distracted and they get disturbed in their work. The biggest hurdle that is found in corporate environment is the issue of sexual harassment which stresses everyone and makes them wonder that what they should do to end it up.

Sexual harassment in corporate environment is found is various forms where people many times find their selves unfortunate and helpless and this case especially effect the female gender, because the 90 percent of female gender is found victim of this activity. Sexual harassment ruins the careers of women and disturbs the stability of their professional life. In sexual harassment a person is sometimes not alone, it’s the whole staff in the environment who is involved in it because the whole organization presents their company and they all are the part of it. If anything happens to the one member, the whole staff is at fault and they all are blamed for it.

There are very few mans who are affected by this issue otherwise all the women are affected and they just get helpless of this condition because they have their career at stake and they just can’t do anything about it. Sexual harassment has become a dirty little secret which discriminates all and which destroys the image of the company.

Everyone is this world who starts their professional life, they all come with a specific mind set and with some aims and goals, but they never know the bitter truth and the reality behind all the organizations which sometimes becomes a big hurdle in their way and which vanishes they aims and makes it hard for them to achieve their goals. Women face a lot of problem in their professional life by everyone, be it manager, secretary, clients, boss, plumbers or peons, they face harassment from everywhere so they just have no idea where to go and whom to deal with.

Some woman says that maybe since the beginning man are dominant and they always wants to be dominant and they women are not allowed in these sorts of environment. Victims of sexual harassment just don’t want to discuss their issues because of various reasons, because their professional credibility gets on stake and start damaging and they start feeling that maybe they did something wrong or they are at fault because of which they face such type of problems.

Difference scenarios occurs for the victim to deal with sexual harassment, because whenever any women stands up for their right they face different sorts of problems from different standards of people, and they ignore this issue by thinking that maybe they are not the first person dealing with this issue, there might be many people who are dealing with it and still they are just moving on with their life to secure their future and maintain their image.

The problems that occurs in sexual harassment are not the by only the staff members, sometimes people face it from their friends, and they just come to think that maybe their friend doesn't know that they are attempting the sexual harassment activity intentionally, and if they complain they might offend the harasser or hurt their feelings by blaming them with such a big issue.

The problems of sexual harassment are poking, staring, unwelcome touching or grabbing, passing funny sexually exploited jokes, showing nude pictures, asking about personal sexual live. Mostly in corporate environment sexual harassment is face in the break times in cafeterias when the group of male genders sit together and discuss about the girls and they physical appearance and pass their comments which sometimes over heard by women and they feel uncomfortable and embarrass about it.
